Wir suchen Studenten für ein Praxissemester und anschließender Master-Thesis.

Die Arbeitszeiten werden vergütet mit:

Praxissemester (6 Monate; 40h/Woche): 1.-2. Monat = 1.100€ Brutto; 3.-6. Monat = 1.400€ Brutto Master-Thesis (6 Monate; 25h/Woche): 1.-2. Monat = 900€ Brutto; 3.-6. Monat = 1.100€ Brutto

Zielausrichtung:

IoT-Systems Engineer für Digitalisierungs- und Standardisierung-Projekte (w/m/d) Du möchtest Teil eines historisch einmaligen Projekts sein und die Zukunft der digitalen Bahn der DB Netz in Deutschland und Europa mitgestalten? Hier bist Du richtig – Du wirst zum Treiber innovativer Lösungen (z.B. Als Teil des Projektteams arbeitest Du gemeinsam mit Partnern aus der Industrie und anderen Bahnbetreibern an der Zukunft der Schiene.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Als Praktikant oder im Rahmen Ihrer Masterarbeit entwickeln, simulieren und testen Sie ein Systemmodell (IoT-Modell) für die Architektur und Spezifikation digitaler Bahnprototypen und integrieren die Expertise eines multidisziplinären, internationalen Teams.
• Sie entwerfen, modellieren und validieren die funktionalen und technischen Anforderungen in den Bereichen Objekterkennung, automatischer Zugbetrieb, Zugsteuerung und Zugsicherung.
• Sie arbeiten Hand in Hand mit Simulationsexperten, um die Qualität der Systemmodelle kontinuierlich zu überprüfen und unterstützen Tests zur Integration, Verifizierung und Validierung
• Das Arbeitsumfeld ist sehr abwechslungsreich, dynamisch und spannend.
• Sie helfen bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung eines virtuellen Testbeds für digitale Eisenbahnmodelle unter Verwendung einer IoT-Plattform
• Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung der erforderlichen Dokumente für die Spezifikation und Integration von Teilsystemen aus dem Modell
• Sie entwickeln digitale Leit- und Sicherungssysteme in der Bahnindustrie
• Sie tragen zur Einführung und Verbesserung von agilen und inkrementellen Methoden bei der Entwicklung von Prototypen bei
• Wir laden Sie für einen Zeitraum von ca. 2 bis 6 Monaten zu Fortbildungen nach Frankfurt a.M. ein, um Ihre Kenntnisse im Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) für moderne digitale Leit- und Sicherungstechnik im Bahnbereich zu vertiefen. Hier arbeitest Du mit vielen Kollegen in einer internationalen Umgebung zusammen.

Dein Profil:

• Sie befinden sich in der Endphase Ihres Studiums der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Sie haben gute Erfahrungen in der modellbasierten Entwicklung komplexer und sicherheitskritischer Systeme mit UML/SysML und entsprechenden Modellierungswerkzeugen (z.B. PTC Windchill modeler, Capella).
• Sie verfügen über gute Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. C++, Javascript und C#).
• Sie haben grundlegende Erfahrungen mit der Unity Game Engine.
• Grundlegende Erfahrungen mit der PTC ThingWorx IoT Platform sind von Vorteil.
• Sie sind ein Teamplayer und behalten auch in stressigen Projektphasen den Überblick.
• Sie leben eine offene und konstruktive Kommunikation, in der Ihre Meinung geschätzt wird, und Sie schätzen das Feedback anderer.

Your tasks:

• As a student intern or during your master thesis, you will develop, simulate, and test a system model(IoT model) for the architecture and specification of digital rail prototypes and integrate the expertise of a multidisciplinary, international team.
• You design, model and validate the functional and technical requirements in the areas of object detection, automatic train operation, train control and train protection.
• You work hand in hand with simulation experts to continuously check the quality of system models and support tests for integration, verification and validation
• The working environment is very varied, dynamic and exciting.
• You help design and develop a virtual testbed for digital railway models using an IoT platform
• You support the creation of the required documents for the specification and integration of subsystems from the model
• You develop digital control and safety systems in the railroad industry
• You will contribute to the introduction and improvement of agile and incremental methods in the development of prototypes
• We will invite you to Frankfurt a.M. for advanced trainings over a period of about 2 to 6 months to gain deeper knowledge with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for modern digital control and safety technology in the railroad sector. Here you work with many colleagues in an international environment.

Your profile:

• You are in the final stage of your studies in engineering, computer science or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• You have good experience in model-based development of complex and safety-critical systems with UML/SysML and corresponding modeling tools (e.g. PTC Windchill modeler, Capella).
• You have good programming skills (e.g. C++, Javascript and C#).
• You have basic experience in Unity Game Engine.
• Basic experience in PTC ThingWorx IoT Platform is a plus.
• You are a team player and keep focus even in stressful phases of a project.
• You live an open and constructive communication, where your opinion is valued, and you appreciate the feedback of others.
• You are passionate about innovation and familiar with agile methodologies such as SCRUM and KANBAN.
